Responsibilities
- Blue Yonder vendor onboarding and support Getting and evaluating quotes for transportation Creation of purchase orders.
- Documentation for cross-border transportation.
- Putting transporter scorecards into practice
- Taking care of Fiori issue resolution and self-billing assisting with the payment procedures for logistics
- Truck distribution and CNPD operations.
- Keeping an eye on lead time reports
- Serving both internal and external clients with urgency
- Providing general team support and cross-functional assistance
- Responding to consumer inquiries
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications
Grade 12: Benefits of an Essential Diploma in Business Commerce or Supply Chain
Experience: 3–5 years in an administrative support position, ideally in supply chain, operations, or logistics
Skills and Attributes
- Strong planning and prioritization abilities
- excellent written and oral communication skills
- computer literacy (Microsoft Office); self-motivation, initiative, and independence
