Responsibilities

  • Blue Yonder vendor onboarding and support Getting and evaluating quotes for transportation Creation of purchase orders.
  •  Documentation for cross-border transportation. 
  • Putting transporter scorecards into practice 
  • Taking care of Fiori issue resolution and self-billing assisting with the payment procedures for logistics 
  • Truck distribution and CNPD operations. 
  • Keeping an eye on lead time reports
  •  Serving both internal and external clients with urgency 
  • Providing general team support and cross-functional assistance 
  • Responding to consumer inquiries

Requirements / Qualifications

Qualifications

Grade 12: Benefits of an Essential Diploma in Business Commerce or Supply Chain

Experience: 3–5 years in an administrative support position, ideally in supply chain, operations, or logistics

Skills and Attributes

  • Strong planning and prioritization abilities
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • computer literacy (Microsoft Office); self-motivation, initiative, and independence
