Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily team activities and serve as the primary contact for escalations.
- Keep an eye on team KPIs, conduct quality assurance, and offer guidance.
- Oversee team member onboarding and continuing training.
- Oversee workforce planning and queue management in real time.
- Examine performance information and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Recognize and address service problems to promote a customer-focused culture.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Fluency in English (at least C1 level, both in writing and speaking)
- Prior experience working as a team lead
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- Excellent emotional intelligence and meticulousness
- Personal computer or laptop with at least 8GB of RAM
- Dependable internet connection (at least 40 Mbps for uploads and 50 Mbps for downloads)
